Suitable for skaters interested in pursuing figure skating. Skaters must have completed CanSkate Stage 4, have equivalent skating skills, or on coach recommendation.
Skills, Tests, Achievement, Recognition- that's what StarSkate is all about!
Our StarSkate program is for those skaters who have successfully progressed through our CanSkate program and have an interest in pursuing figure skating. StarSkate offers opportunities for skaters of all ages to develop the fundamental figure skating skills in the areas of dance, freeskate, skills and interpretive skating. Skaters have the opportunity to take Skate Canada tests through a nationally standardized testing system. The StarSkate program teaches figure skating skills in a group and private lessons format in a progressive and sequential manner.
All skaters the StarSkate level must wear proper figure skates and appropriate figure skating attire.
Our StarSkate program is divided into 4 levels. Please see session pre-requisites and program details below.
JUNIOR PRESTAR PROGRAM |

Each Session Includes:
*All lessons are included in your skaters registration fees* |
Session Pre-Requisites: Skaters must have passed CanSkate Stage 4, have equivalent skating skills or on coach recommendation Note: helmets are mandatory until skaters complete Stage 5 as per Skate Canada |

2-day membership is recommended but not required. Private coaches are not required, but may be available if you would like lessons on additional ice time. JUNIOR STAR PROGRAM |
