Parent & Tot: Children 3 & 4 years old. A parent is required to participate on the ice. Structured sessions are 30 minutes. C.S.A. approved helmets are mandatory.
Pre-school: Must be 3-5 years old with little or no skating experience. Structured sessions are 30 minutes. C.S.A. approved helmets are mandatory.
Pre-Powerskate: Must be at least 4 years of age. Designed for the future hockey player who can stand up on skates and glide. Structured sessions are 30 minutes in a fun learning environment. C.S.A. approved helmets are mandatory; hockey equipment is not mandatory but recommended.
Canskate: Minimum of 5 years of age or has skated for one year in the Pre-School Development program. Canskate is a 40-minute circuit program taught by a coach and Program Assistant. The skaters work on various stages to complete their six badges. C.S.A. helmets are mandatory for ages under 7 and strongly recommended for all skaters.
Pre Junior: Recommended for skaters who have completed level four of the CanSkate program. The pre-junior program is designed as a group-teaching environment with focus on preliminary elements (skills and dance).

Junior: The Junior program is for skaters that have completed level six of the CanSkate program plus passed one preliminary Skate Canada test. Private coaching is necessary at this level as skaters are working on skills, dances, and free skate.
Senior: The Senior program is for skaters that have passed 2 out of 3 Junior Bronze levels (skills, dances or free skate). The skater works independently on skills, dances, and free skate when not in a private coaching lesson.
